Teen Patti: Rules and Hand Ranking
Teen Patti, also called Flash or 3 Patti, uses a standard 52-card deck and each player receives three cards. Players take turns to stay in or leave the hand by adding virtual chips to the pot, and the best hand left at the end wins. Rankings from highest to lowest:
- Trail or Set: three cards of the same rank
- Pure Sequence: three consecutive cards of the same suit
- Sequence: three consecutive cards of mixed suits
- Color: three cards of the same suit, not in sequence
- Pair: two cards of the same rank
- High Card: ranked by the highest card
13 Card Rummy: Beginner Rules
Each player receives 13 cards and aims to arrange them into valid sets and sequences. At least one pure sequence, which uses no joker, is required to declare. On each turn you draw a card from the closed deck or the open pile and then discard one. New players should build a pure sequence first.
Pool Rummy, Deal Rummy and Andar Bahar
Pool Rummy runs across several hands until a player’s points cross a limit, while Deal Rummy is played for a fixed number of deals. Andar Bahar is one of the simplest games: cards are dealt alternately to Andar and Bahar until a card matching the joker appears, so rounds finish quickly.
